Home builders warranty company is seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on new, business-to-business account development with home builders in the State of Tennessee.  This established organization is looking to support an aggressive growth plan.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and cold calling in person by driving to potential builders within a protected and designated territory based on number of potential prospects
  • Phone calls to contact prospective builders to set appointments and mailing out prospecting letters to attract builder interest
Required Skills:
  • A valid driver's license 
  • A four year college degree, preferred 
  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted, preferred
 Required Experience:
  • 2-5 years outside sales experience, with an emphasis on "new" business-to-business account development, preferred 
 Required Attitudes:
  • Ability to work independently, goal setting and accountability skills, capability to implement and execute
 
Salary: Base pay + commission 
• Competitive car and cell phone allowance and expense package reimbursement
