Human Resources Manager - Commercial Cleaning Company

Seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to manage the day to day office HR administrative duties for a commercial cleaning company in Baltimore, MD.  Incumbents MUST be bilingual (English & Spanish) with a minimum of 2 years Human Resources Management experience. 
 
HR Responsibilities to include: 
  • Employee Relations
  • Recruitment – job postings, use of ATS, background checks,
  • New Hire reporting, record keeping
  • Termination and/or Lay-off communication
  • Unemployment form submittal, record keeping, filing of appeals
  • OSHA reporting and communication
  • Benefit administration, enrollment and recordkeeping
  • Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
  • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
 
This role supports operations and the executive team through human resources/relations administration.  HR certification not required.
